These terms cover your use of thecodez.netlify.app and the free tools, calculators, and content on it (the "Site"), run by Cody Brown ("codeZ", "I", "me"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

Not financial advice

This is the important part. Everything on this Site, including every calculator, is for education and general information only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

The calculators model probabilities and expected values from the numbers you enter. They describe possibilities, not predictions. Your real results depend on your own decisions, your execution, market conditions, fees, and factors no model can capture.

Trading is risky

Trading and investing carry a real risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Leveraged products magnify that risk. Past performance, modelled or real, does not guarantee future results. Only ever risk money you can afford to lose, and consider getting advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation before you act.

Use at your own risk

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. I work to keep the tools correct, but I don't guarantee they're free of errors or always available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this Site or its tools. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

Acceptable use

• Use the tools for your own personal, lawful purposes.
• Don't copy, scrape, resell, or rebrand the tools or content as your own.
• Don't try to break, overload, or interfere with the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, content, and the tools themselves are mine unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to use the tools and share links to them. You may not pass them off as your own work.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other services (for example brokers, prop firms, or platforms), and some links may be affiliate links where I earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for them. Always do your own due diligence before signing up for anything.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
